We empower businesses and leaders to bridge cultural gaps and foster meaningful collaboration, driving economic growth and sustainable development.

Shin Arita
VP of Marketing, Principal Consultant
Shin spent his university days between the US and Korea and came back to Japan after graduating to start his career in the agriculture industry focusing on both domestic sales, as well as overseas business development. In 2013, he joined the HR consulting industry and focused primarily on the healthcare industry in Japan. Shin is passionate about empowering university students in Japan to grow their careers as multi-lingual and multi-cultural professionals so that they may find passion and happiness in their future careers in Japan and abroad.
Andrew Sipus
President and CEO, Principal Consultant
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada; cross cultural communication was more of a way of life than a field of study. Since coming to Japan in 2012, Andrew has spent nearly a decade of his professional career as an HR consultant looking at various global & Japanese companies, and how they operate internally. It is Andrew’s personal goal is to help those in Japan to create a culturally diverse and accepting place, similar to the environment he was brought up in.
Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from York University, as well as a Master's degree from the University of Toronto in Cross Cultural Communications specific to Japan and Western cultures.
Fabian Hoshino
VP of Customer Experience, Principal Consultant
Born and raised in Germany, Fabian studied East Asian Studies majoring in Japanese economy.Â
After graduating Fabian moved to Japan in 2010 supported by a scholarship of the German government to deepen his understanding of the business and culture.Â
Since then, he has primarily worked in HR and Talent Acquisition related consulting where he supported a wide range of clients from small start ups to large global enterprises. While driving business development, Fabian also led various projects across front and back office with regards to operational excellence, learning & development.
Fabian is a trilingual highly driven and entrepreneurial sales & operations professional with strong leadership and broad business development skills in the Japanese market. Passionate about Japan, talent acquisition and organizational development, health and fitness.
Fabian is committed to helping people become more culturally aware to drive better engagement, motivation, productivity and business results. Most important for him is enriching people's experience and contributing to Japan becoming a more culturally affluent nation.
